Iron Mountain is rapidly expanding its operations in the Baltics and is looking for a Sales Manager to join its international team of professionals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy for the region.
  • Drive new sales and optimize revenue in all service categories.
  • Prospect continuously and maintain consistent pipeline of orders.
  • Ensure timely, professional communication with clients (proposals, pricing, etc.).
  • Hire, train, develop and manage sales teams across the region.
  • Build, develop and maintain customer relationships with key clients.
  • Be industry expert and partner to clients on business solutions.
  • Track industry trends, internal performance and leverage this into new business opportunities.
  • Responsible for final account sales and revenue growth in the region.
  • Travel as necessary within the Baltics/Nordic Region in performance of duties.

 Requirements

  • Positive, proactive, can-do work attitude.
  • Minimum 4 years' sales experience including responsibility for subordinates.
  • Ability to create and successfully implement a sales strategy.
  • Able to translate customer needs into solutions with strong value propositions.
  • Able to make business decisions taking into consideration impact on organization.
  • Able to develop, lead and motivate sales teams.
  • Strong verbal/written communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work and collaborate effectively with company staff across various organizational levels.
  • Fluent English (spoken/written) and good working knowledge of Russian (a plus).
  • Driver's license and ability to travel regularly within the region.
